Praveet provided excellent customer service and was finally able to help resolve my issue with the correct user ID.

As users are given access to the various websites within CCO, it would be extremely helpful if the same user id could be used.  Within the ATC, CCO SharePoint and OneID, it's surprising that users need three separate id.  This doesn't seem like a user friendly approach, and resulted in multiple HelpDesk tickets.
